The Government of British Columbia has launched its new Canada-B.C. Job Grant, which is an innovative cost-sharing program that helps employers offset the cost of training new or current employees.
The job grant will provide up to $15,000 per person for training costs, such as tuition and training materials (up to $10,000 from the federal government and $5,000 from employers).
The government is now accepting employer applications through the Canada-B.C. Job Grant website.
