With fall comes the crisp, cool air and across the country our partner Ocean Wise will be hosting the ultimate comfort food event. The Ocean Wise Chowder Chowdown will be taking place in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary in mid-November (Nov 15-17), and a similar Chowdown Smackdown is set for November 4 in Halifax. Top chefs in each city will go head to head and compete to have their chowder recipe chosen as this year’s best. Guests, too, will have a chance to vote on their favourite.
